Shipping rates and carriers

We ship within the United States only via USPS. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on

your address and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

There are no handling fees added on top.

Typical USPS transit times aer your order ships are 2–5 business days,

estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

Tracking is emailed to you automatically when your label is created.

If tracking hasn't updated

for several days, that's usually a USPS scanning gap rather than a lost package — give it 48 hours

before reaching out.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because

of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll happily reship it once you cover the new postage an order has not yet shipped, email us right away and we'll correct the address at no charge

Marked delivered but missing: check with your household and neighbors, then contact

USPS to file a claim. Reach out to us as well and we'll help however we can.

Lost in transit (no movement for 14+ days): contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Melting in hot weather

Wax melts are wax.

In summer heat,

especially in the South,

bars can softenor partially fuse in

the mailbox. This is normal and does not affect performance — the fragrance is unchanged,

and softened wax firms back up once it cools.

If a bar arrives fused together, pop it in the fridge

for 20 minutes and it will snap apart again.
