Welcome to Ghost Artz Studio. By visiting ghostartzstudio.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them.

1. Who we are

Ghost Artz Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small handmade goods business operating from Pinehurst, Texas, United States. You can reach us at Ghostartzstudio@yahoo.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

All products are handmade in small batches, so slight variation in color, shape, marbling, and finish is normal and part of the character of a hand poured product. Product photos are representative, not exact.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Items may sell out. Listing something on the site is not a guarantee of availability.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners, including Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these terms. In short: we ship within the US via USPS, processing takes 3–5 business days, and all sales are final except for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

6. Safe use of wax melts — please read

Wax melts are a heated product. Use them responsibly:

  • Use only in a UL-listed electric wax warmer or a tealight warmer designed for wax melts. Never melt wax in a pan, on a stove, in a microwave, or over an open flame.
  • Never leave a warming melt unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and anything flammable.
  • Start with one cube. Our fragrances are strong and more is not better.
  • Do not add water to your warmer, and do not add anything to the wax.
  • Do not eat. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Some fragrance oils are unsafe for animals — if you have birds, cats, or small pets, ventilate the room and consult your vet if you have concerns.
  • Discontinue use if you experience headache, dizziness, nausea, or skin or respiratory irritation.
  • Place your warmer on a heat-resistant, stable surface. Warm wax can stain or damage fabric, wood, and stone.

You assume all responsibility and risk for the proper use of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Artz Studio is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper use, or use contrary to these instructions.

7. Fragrance and allergen disclosure

Our melts are made with a para-soy wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Fragrance oils are complex mixtures and may contain ingredients that trigger allergies or sensitivities in some people. We do not make claims about therapeutic, medical, aromatherapy, or health benefits. Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, asthmatic, or have fragrance sensitivities, check with your doctor before use.

8. Custom work and intellectual property

Our content: the Ghost Artz Studio name, logo, original artwork, product photography, scent names, and site copy are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Your content: when you submit a photo, image, or reference for a custom commission, personalized sticker, or personalized button, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing your order. We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material — including brand logos, characters, or licensed properties — and we may decline any custom request at our discretion. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from material you supply.

We may photograph completed custom work for our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.

9. Product reviews and submissions

If you leave a review or post content about us, you grant us permission to reuse it in our marketing. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, spam, or unrelated.

10. Site accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. The site is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
