Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is hand poured and packed by us in Pinehurst, Texas.

Processing time

Orders are made and packed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Because every bar is poured in small batches and needs time to set and cure properly, we do not offer same-day or rush processing.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Processing time is separate from transit time — the total time to your door is processing time plus whatever USPS takes to deliver.

Shipping rates and carriers

We ship within the United States only via USPS. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. There are no handling fees added on top.

Typical USPS transit times after your order ships are 2–5 business days, but these are USPS estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

Order tracking

Tracking is emailed to you automatically when your label is created. If tracking has not updated for several days, that is usually a USPS scanning gap rather than a lost package — give it 48 hours before reaching out.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily reship it once you cover the new postage. If an order has not yet shipped, email us right away and we will correct the address at no charge.

Lost, stolen, and damaged packages

Once USPS accepts your package, it is in their hands. That said, we do not want you stuck with nothing:

  • Damaged in transit: email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the damaged items free.
  • Marked delivered but missing: check with your household and neighbors, then contact USPS to file a claim. Reach out to us as well and we will help however we can.
  • Lost in transit (no movement for 14+ days): contact us and we will work it out with you.

Melting in hot weather

Wax melts are wax. In summer heat, especially here in Texas, bars can soften or partially fuse in the mailbox. This is normal and does not affect performance — the fragrance is unchanged, and softened wax firms back up once it cools. If a bar arrives fused together, pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes and it will snap apart again. Heat softening is not considered damage.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in the Pinehurst and Magnolia area. Choose Local pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready along with pickup details.
