Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final

Because our wax melts are hand poured, scented, and intended for personal use in your home, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. This is a hygiene and safety standard across the home fragrance industry — once a scented product has left our hands, we cannot resell it.

Please read scent descriptions carefully before ordering, and consider starting with a smaller 4-pack if you are trying us for the first time.

What we will always make right

A no-returns policy does not mean you are on your own. We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or broken. Email us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • You received the wrong item or scent. Our mistake, our fix — we will ship the correct product at no cost.
  • Your order is missing items. Let us know within 7 days and we will send what is missing.
  • Your order never arrives. Contact us and we will work with you and USPS to resolve it.

To start any of these, email Ghostartzstudio@yahoo.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Approved replacements ship within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Not covered

  • Scent preference. Fragrance is deeply personal and what smells strong to one person is subtle to another. We cannot refund an order because a scent was not your favorite.
  • Heat softening. Wax softening or fusing in transit during warm weather is expected. Chill the bar for 20 minutes and it will snap apart normally. See our Shipping Policy.
  • Used or opened product. Once a bar has been opened, broken apart, or melted, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders placed more than 24 hours ago or already shipped.

Order cancellations and changes

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel or change it at no charge, as long as it has not shipped. Once your order is packed and a label is created, we cannot cancel it.

Custom and personalized items

Custom commissions, personalized stickers, and personalized buttons are made to order and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. We will send you a proof or check in with you before we start, so please review it carefully.
